When you give, your money becomes a witness before God in the courts of heaven on your behalf. And, God renders verdicts (answers prayers) based on testimony. The testimony of your money must be a witness for you not against you.
Hebrews 7:8 “Now beyond all contradiction the lesser is blessed by the better. Here mortal men receive tithes, but there he receives them, of whom it is witnessed that He lives.”
This verse connects the tithes we give to a witness (judicial testimony) in heaven. Your money has a voice in heaven. If you give your money with bitterness, anger, and unforgiveness the courts of heaven will render a wrong verdict because your money will release a witness against you.
Matthew 5:23-25 “Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him, lest your adversary deliver you to the judge, the judge hand you over to the officer, and you be thrown into prison.”

Instead, give with awareness and purpose. Keep your heart clean and pure so that your money releases the right testimony on your behalf. Then, the Lord will respond to your prayers and answer the cries of your heart.
Malachi 3:2-5 “But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like launderers’ soap. He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord an offering in righteousness. Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasant to the Lord, as in the days of old, as in former years. And I will come near you for judgment; I will be a swift witness against sorcerers, against adulterers, against perjurers, against those who exploit wage earners and widows and orphans, and against those who turn away an alien— because they do not fear Me, says the Lord of hosts.
The corporate testimony of our money will allow God to judge every social evil (sorcery, adultery, perjury, exploitation, etc.). We should be able to pray in agreement with the testimony of our offering that everything that is hidden would be exposed, that every evil would be judged, that everything would come into divine order.
